Week's End Mileage

Well I am happy to report for one that it's Friday, and two that I had a great workout week. I went all 4 days as scheduled (goal) and loved it. Each day at the gym is at least 30 minutes of cardio. Here are my totals:

Monday: 2.21 miles
Tuesday: 2.30 miles
Thursday: 3 miles
Friday: 2.5 miles

Totaling: 10.01 miles

New FEV1 reading today of: 2.39!!!

Wow that is amazing. I could never run that much. Even in my best shape in JROTC a mile killed me. I have really bad asthma.
